Spicy pork escalope

Ingredients:
- 600 grams of pork
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp sweet red peppers
- Provencal herbs
- A mixture of peppers

Recipe for spicy pork escalope:
Ideal for escalope of pork – it’s back, tenderloin or loin differ juiciness and tenderness. Cut pork across the grain into pieces of 8-10 mm, then a little beat off and rub with salt and pepper. Mix spices, vinegar and soy sauce and marinate the pork slices in the sauce for an hour. After marinating the meat immediately put on a hot frying pan with oil and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked.
Scallops will look attractive if fry them in a pan-grill – on the meat will remain beautiful mesh. Serve scallops can be grilled or boiled with potatoes, salad or vegetables – side dishes can be very different.
