Fish roast
Fish roast is very tasty and satisfying but not expensive for a large family meal. Simple to prepare but very useful.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg potato
- 500g onions
- 1 kg of fatty fish, such as halibut or sole (can be this and that)
- 1 jar of cod liver
- pepper, salt, spices want any
Instructions:
- Onions cut into rings, fish chunks, potatoes into 4 pieces. The liver is open, do not drain the fat.
- Peppers davim knife, grind in a mortar.
- Potatoes, fish are placed in a container for baking, sprinkle with herbs, salt.
- Top onion (spices to spare).
- On top of all this we pour together with cod liver oil.
- Cover with foil and put in the oven at 150 * C for about 1 hour.
- We get 10 minutes to brown. Serve accompanied by acute marinades.
