Salad with chicken
Insanely delicious salad rich in vitamins and amino acids. Will your favorite salad and useful for all occasions.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet – 300g
- Sweet pepper (paprika) – 1 pc.
- Tomatoes – 3 pieces.
- Cucumbers – 2 pcs.
- Grated cheese – 1/2 cup
- Mayonnaise – to taste
- Salt and pepper – to taste
Instructions:
- Chicken fillet, place in a pot of boiling salted water and boil for 20 minutes (until tender).
- Peppers remove seeds and membranes, cut into medium-sized cubes and place in a salad bowl.
- Chicken fillet cool, cut into cubes the same size and add to bowl.
- There also add the chopped tomatoes into cubes.
- Add the diced sliced cucumbers, grated cheese, salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Stir.
