Homemade meatballs


Meatballs can be carried to Italian cuisine, at least their name comes from the Italian frittatella. This dish is the small balls of minced meat or fish, fried in a pan or baked in the oven. There are meatballs and suddenly kitchens, and the Germans call meatball dish is identical to our Russian cutlets. Meatballs served with garnish not only, but also used in soups. In this issue we have tried to collect the most interesting, relevant and delicious recipes with pictures of meatballs and gradual cooking at home.


Ingredients:


  • Ground beef – 500 g

  • Baton – 2 pieces

  • Garlic – 2 cloves

  • Fresh chopped parsley

  • Grated Parmesan cheese – 1/4 cup

  • Milk – 2 tbsp

  • Egg – 1 pc

  • Salt and pepper – to taste

Instructions:


Recipe for meatballs home:


  1. Bread cut into cubes. Whisk to combine the parsley and garlic. Add parmesan and whisk again. Small portions, add the bread cubes, then minced and at the end of the egg, milk, salt and pepper.

  2. Again, cut the bread. Grated cheese, squeezed garlic, chopped parsley, salt and pepper mix. Beat the eggs and pour in the milk. Mix and add at the end of stuffing. Stir with a fork or hands. Blindly obtained from minced meat balls and fry in a pan or under the broiler (7-9 minutes) to brown state.
