Beef Rolls with marinated peppers


Rolls of beef with pickled pepper is very simple to prepare. This roll is perfect as a main dish for lunch or a full dinner, it is still quite rich.


Ingredients:


  • 500g beef fillet

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 1 yellow bell pepper

  • 1 large onion

  • 1 bunch dill

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tsp sugar

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • Salt pepper

Instructions:


Recipe for beef roll with pickled peppers:


  1. To start beef boil in salted water. Then, give it a little cool. Wash peppers, cut in half and remove the core and cut into fine strips. Onion cut into thin half-rings. Chopped dill. Preheat a frying pan in vegetable oil and fry the onion about 4-5 minutes. Put pepper and cook, stirring for 4-5 minutes.

  2. Put the onion and pepper in a bowl and then pour the vinegar, sprinkle with sugar, salt and pepper and sprinkle with dill, squeeze the garlic and stir. Allow to cool to room temperature. Beef chop finely. Put on each slice a little marinated peppers, dill, roll to roll and secure with a toothpick.
