Caramel-apple ice cream
Caramel-apple ice cream. Cooking at home delicious caramel-apple ice cream.
Ingredients:
vanilla ice cream
2 apples
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions:
First you need to cut the apples into thin slices. Then, melt the sugar in a pan. Remove from heat and slowly add the cream. Reduce heat and stir until smooth. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add apples and cook until apples are brown. Add caramel sauce and everything thoroughly. In a small bowl put layers of ice cream and apples.
