Honeycomb Pie


Ingredients:


on the dough:


  • Warm water – 300 ml

  • Yeast dry – 7 g

  • Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp. l.

  • Eggs – 3 pcs.

  • Sugar – Article 1.5. l.

  • Baking soda – 1 ch. L.

  • Flour – 800 g

  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.

  • Salt – 1 hour. L.

on filling:


  • Minced meat – 250 g

  • Sauerkraut – 400 g

  • Carrots – 2 pcs.

  • Vegetable oil – 4-5 Art. l.

  • Onion 1 piece.

  • Sugar – 1 hour. L.

  • Salt – 1 hour. L.

Instructions:


  1.  Dissolve yeast in 150 ml of water, add 1 hour. L. sugar. Stir and set aside until the “cap” of yeast (10-15 minutes).

  2.  Mix cup warm water, salt, mayonnaise, eggs, sugar, baking soda. Pour the yeast, mix.

  3.  Sift the flour and pour in the cup portions. Knead a soft dough. At the end of the batch pour vegetable oil and knead the dough well.

  4.  The dish with the dough and cover with foil to put in a warm place for 1,5 hours before the increase in volume.

  5.  Prepare the filling. Minced meat lightly fry in vegetable oil, salt. Add sauerkraut (after pressing out the juice), add carrots, grated on a coarse grater, onion, finely chopped, sugar and fry all together for about 15 minutes Cool.

  6.  Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm (Table podpylit flour if necessary). Squeeze the dough glass roundels diameter of about 7.5 cm. Put the stuffing (1 tbsp. L. Good) and pinch the tips only.

  7.  The bottom of the form to lay a baking paper and grease the whole form of vegetable oil. Laying pieces start from the middle. Second row spread between the workpieces.

  8.  Fill in the whole form blanks and put in a preheated 180 degree oven.

  9.  Bake the cake about 40-50 minutes.
