Liver “Beauty of the East”
Soft, tender, flavorful liver in spicy sauce. Prepared very simple and does not take long, the dish turns out tasty and healthy.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg liver (any)
- 3 onions
- 5-6 cloves of garlic
- Starch – 2-3 tablespoons
- Tomato paste – 3-4 tablespoons
- Honey – 2-3 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil – 50-70 g
- Soy sauce – 7-8 tbsp
- Paprika – 1 tbsp
- Salt – 1 tbsp
Instructions:
Recipe for liver “Beauty of the East”:
- First cut liver slices and a little repulse. Then we put the slices in a bowl. Liver sprinkle with 2-3 tablespoons starch, add 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon paprika. Squeeze out the garlic, add 50-70 grams of vegetable oil, stir and leave for 20 minutes.
- Next, prepare the sauce: it take 7-8 tbsp soy sauce, 3-4 tbsp tomato paste and 2-3 tablespoons honey. Pour half a cup of boiling water and stir well to dissolve honey. Pickled Liver – now it is possible to cook.
- In a frying pan pour a spoonful of vegetable oil, spread the liver and fry it from all sides. Add the onions, cut into half rings and simmer together for 5-7 minutes. Fill the sauce, stir, cover with a lid and tormented 7-10 minutes over medium heat.
