Fish nuggets


Home Cooking delicious fish nuggets. Recipe for fish nuggets with nuts.


Ingredients:


White fish fillet – 500g

Roasted walnuts – 120 g

Egg – 1 pc

Zest of 2 lemons

Dried sage – 1 teaspoon

Salt and pepper – a pinch

Flour

Butter


Instructions:


First, the nuts should be crushed in a blender, mix with grated lemon peel and sage. Then a fish cut into pieces of 2.5 cm, wet paper towels, season with salt and pepper. Each piece of roll in flour, dip in beaten egg and lightly breaded in walnut mixture. Fry in butter until golden brown. Serve better with honey-mustard sauce.
