Lasagna with chicken and mushrooms
This classic Italian casserole very tasty and fragrant. Lasagna with chicken, vegetables and mushrooms perfect dish for dinner that the whole family will appreciate, or even visit.
Ingredients:
- Lasagna (leaves) – 12 pieces
- Chicken breast – 1 pc
- Mushrooms – 500g
- Cream – 200 ml
- Mozzarella – 200g
- Parmesan – 200g
- Milk – 1 liter
- Butter – 120 g
- Flour – 3 tbsp
- Egg – 1 pc
- Nutmeg
Instructions:
- The recipe of lasagna with chicken and mushrooms:
First, remove the chicken from the bones and dismantle hands on fiber, not very finely. Then the mushrooms cut into slices and fry in butter until soft. Add the mushrooms to the chicken, fry together for another couple of minutes, then pour the cream or sour cream, stir, hold until thickened and remove from heat. - Prepare bechamel sauce. In a saucepan dissolve the butter, add the flour into it, and then gradually, stirring constantly to avoid lumps formed, pour in the milk. Add the nutmeg, stirring constantly, cook until thick sauce.
- Getting to the assembly. At the bottom of the mold, pour a little bechamel sauce and evenly distribute it. On top put the leaves. The next layer – the chicken with mushrooms. Sprinkle it with grated cheese and pour sauce. Repeat twice. The last layer of cheese sauce and cover with sheets of lasagne, pour the remnants of sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 40 minutes.
