Chocolate Fondant
I offer to cook a delicious chocolate fondant desert. This baked French cuisine is very similar to a muffin or cupcake. In principle, we get a delicious chocolate cake, if you increase the baking time. And if you want to regale the liquid chocolate at the center, then the time required for baking for 8-10 minutes.
Ingredients:
- dark Chocolate – 100g
- Butter – 100 grams
- Eggs – 2 pieces
- Powdered sugar – 4 tbsp. spoons
- flour – 2 tbsp. spoons
- Cocoa – – to taste
Instructions:
- In a water bath (over a saucepan of boiling water), melt the chocolate and butter until smooth.
- Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, beat egg whites well (up steep peaks). There also add the powdered sugar and the egg yolks, stir well again.
- Get the egg mass add to the melted chocolate. Mixing arms. Add to the resulting mixture flour. Mix. Yes, the important point – and add the flour and the egg mass is necessary to have cooled to room temperature, melted chocolate. If you add hot – turn nonsense.
- Add some cocoa powder for color, and mix again. Mix need a shovel, not a mixer – the mass must be quite thick, viscous.
- Get a lot of fill molds for baking (ceramic, silicone – what you have). Fill necessary not up to the top – the mass during baking rises because leave little tins. We put in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 7-8 minutes. At the end of the stipulated time fondant pull out from the oven, cool and serve. Serve warm desirable.
