INGREDIENTS
- 200 g green asparagus
- 1 large steak trout
- 1 medium orange
- 1 small lime
- A few sprigs mint
- 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying
- Salt to taste
COOKING METHOD
1. Boil the asparagus (about 3-5 minutes in boiling salted water).
2. While the cooked asparagus in a pan pour 1 tbsp. l. oil, mint and put steak, pre-salted.
3. Fry the steak on each side.
4. Cut the orange into thin circles, put on a plate.
5. Put as asparagus and fish.
6. Above all pour lime juice, and if left orange, then orange juice.
7. Garnish with mint.
