Meatless yeast pancakes


Meatless yeast pancakes. Cooking at home delicious meatless yeast pancakes. Simple recipe thick yeast pancakes.


Ingredients:


Flour – 200g

Milk – 350 ml

Melted butter – 50 ml

Yeast – 10g

Egg – 2 pcs

Sugar – 1 tbsp

Salt – 1/2 tsp

Vegetable oil – for frying


Recipe for the dense yeast pancakes:


First, in a deep bowl, mix milk and yeast. Stir until dissolved yeast. Then add eggs and melted butter. Whisk everything together. In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the salt and sugar. Add the remaining ingredients and vzbetye until uniform. Cover the bowl with the dough with a kitchen towel and leave for 1 hour to approach.
