Ingredients:
Flour – 200g
Milk – 350 ml
Melted butter – 50 ml
Yeast – 10g
Egg – 2 pcs
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Vegetable oil – for frying
Recipe for the dense yeast pancakes:
First, in a deep bowl, mix milk and yeast. Stir until dissolved yeast. Then add eggs and melted butter. Whisk everything together. In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the salt and sugar.
