Rye muffins with chocolate

Ingredients:

1 tbsp wheat flour

6 tbsp rye flour

1 cup raisins

3 eggs

150g caster sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

3-4 tbsp melted butter

Milk chocolate

The recipe rye muffins:

To start you need to pound the yolks with the sugar and add the whites. Then mix both types of flour with baking powder and salt. Connect the flour and egg mixture and add to them melted butter. Stir and add the raisins followed. Once again mix well.

Attach in the form of a silicone muffin paper liners and fill each well of a tablespoon of dough. Attach to each mold a piece of milk chocolate. Top Add another teaspoon of dough and send in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
