INGREDIENTS



  • 300 g biscuits

  • 130 g butter

  • 700 g of cream cheese

  • 250 g of sugar

  • 300 g of 35% fat cream

  • 2 h. L. gelatin

  • strawberries

For the filling:


  • 200 g strawberries

  • 2 tbsp. l. Sahara

  • 1 h. L. gelatin


COOKING METHOD



Step 1


Melt the butter. Biscuits put in a food processor and grind into crumbs. Add the melted butter and mix. On a plate, set removable ring and place a lot of cookies, good tamp. Cover the form of film and store it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.




Step 2


Soak gelatin in 50 ml of water. Put on fire and melt.




Step 3


Beat cream cheese with sugar, then pour in a thin stream of gelatin and mix. Separately, whip the cream and stir in the cream cheese. Pour the resulting mixture onto the base of the cake and refrigerate for 5 hours.




Step 4


Prepare the strawberries and arrange on the cheesecake.




Step 5


For the filling, soak the gelatins in 2 tablespoons. l. water. Chop the strawberries into a puree, add sugar and place on a quiet fire. Bring to a boil to dissolve the sugar and remove from heat. Add gelatin and stir until completely dissolved. Cool to room temperature and pour on the cheesecake. Remove cake in the refrigerator for 2 hours.




Step 6


Before serving, carefully remove the ring with cheesecake.
