The recipe lean mini pizzas:


First you need to knead the dough. To do this in a large bowl pour warm water, add salt and dry yeast, stir well. Pour two cups of flour, stir. Gradually introduce the remaining flour and knead the dough. If the dough sticks to your hands, add more flour. Add the olive oil and the dough again knead well. Cover the dough with cling film and put in a warm place for an hour or two.


We must now make the sauce. In a well-heated frying pan with olive oil simmered chopped onion and garlic. Add chopped tomatoes, spices and hold them for 10 minutes over high heat, then cover and do the cooking temperature lower. After half an hour to remove the pan with tomato sauce from the heat.


Preheat oven to 200 degrees. An hour or two dough will rise significantly. Now you need to divide it into equal parts and roll out thinly on a work surface floured. Put sheeted dough pieces on parchment paper on a baking sheet. Each blank pizza grease the previously prepared tomato sauce and you can begin to fantasize with fillings. On a pizza putting halved cherry tomatoes, on the other – thinly sliced ​​boiled potatoes, green peas and small carrots. On the third – mushrooms, string beans, canned onions. Pizza Bake about 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees. The finished pizza with tomatoes sprinkled with fresh arugula and crumbled tofu and pizza with mushrooms and potatoes – finely chopped fresh herbs. Each can be further drizzle with olive oil.
