INGREDIENTS



  • Trout – 2 steak

  • filo dough – 4 sheets

  • salt, pepper, lemon juice

  • curd cheese -150 g

  • dill – 1 bunch

  • butter – 100 g


COOKING METHOD



2 trout steak cut into 4 pieces. Melt the butter. Dill grind and mix with curd cheese.Trout season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with a little lemon juice. Take a sheet of filo pastry, brush with butter, put a slice of trout, top with cream cheese with dill and wrap in a roll again, grease with butter. So did the rest of the pieces of fish.
