Three-layer homemade cake
Three-layer homemade cake. Recipe for popular domestic three-layer cake. Cooking at home cake of three cakes with different fillings.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sour cream
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Egg – 1 pc
Flour – 3 tbsp. spoons
Soda – 1/4 ch. L.
Walnuts – 1 cup
Raisins – 3/4 cup
Mac – 1/2 cup
Ingredients for the cream:
Sugar – 1 cup
The yolk – 3 pieces
Milk – 3 tbsp
Butter – 200 g
Recipe for a three-layer cake home:
Raisins and poppy seeds (in separate) soak in boiling water for 1 hour, then pat dry. Grind egg with sour cream and sugar, add the flour and baking soda. All this is thoroughly beat. Add appropriate fillers and bake three cakes. Bake must be at 180 degrees for 30 minutes – until dry matches.
For the cream should be thoroughly mix the egg yolks, milk and sugar. On low heat, stirring constantly, boil until thick (7 minutes). Cool the cream to room temperature. Beat butter until fluffy and add the cream. Ready cream briefly put into the refrigerator, and then lubricate them cooled cakes.
