INGREDIENTS
- 1 chicken weighing about 1-1.2 kg
- 600 g of red seedless grapes
- 50 g butter
- 2 small sprigs of rosemary
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
COOKING METHOD
Step 1
Preheat oven to 220 ° C. Peel the garlic and chop. Finely chop the leaves with a sprig of rosemary. In a bowl, mix the butter, rosemary, garlic, 1/2 ch. L. salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cut away the excess fat from the chicken. Carefully spread half of fragrant oil under the skin on the breast and thighs. Rub remaining butter chicken outside. Put the remaining rosemary chicken inside along with a handful of grapes. Tie legs cooking twine. Place the chicken in a baking dish or large cast-iron skillet.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the grapes, olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread the grapes around the chicken. Put the form in the oven and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes. Cooked chicken, remove from oven and let sit for 10 min., Covered with foil. Cut into portions and serve with grapes.
