INGREDIENTS



  • Potatoes – 200 g

  • Flour – 50 g

  • Fresh spinach – 100 g

  • Salt – 5 g

  • White mushrooms – 50 grams

  • Veshanki – 50 g

  • Shallots – 30g

  • Olive oil – 20 g

  • Nutmeg – 1 g

  • Vegetable soup – 100g

  • Arugula – 5 g


COOKING METHOD



Step 1


Boil the potatoes and rub it into the puree.




Step 2


Then mixed with chopped or mashed spinach peretёrtym salt and nutmeg and add the flour.

Knead and make our gnocchi balls.
