Cream 33-35% – 250 ml
Sugar – 150 gr
Mascarpone cheese – 250 gr
Filling: frozen cherries – 600g
Chocolate – for decoration
The recipe of a cherry cake with mascarpone cheese cream:
First, prepare the cake. To do this, beat the eggs with the sugar until the air foam and add the flour. Then bake about 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. Cool and top with a cherry.
Then proceed to the preparation of the cream. For this to whip cream with sugar until it dissolves, add cheese and mix well. Share on cherries and place in the cold for 2-3 hours. Garnish with grated chocolate if desired.
