Processed cheese pie
Ingredients:
Flour – 7 tablespoons
Eggs – 3 pcs
Processed cheese “Druzhba” – 3 pieces
Kefir – 4 tablespoons
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Baking powder – 1.5 tsp
Mustard – 1 tsp
Dried vegetables – to taste
Salt – 0.5 tsp
Recipe for a cake of processed cheese:
To start with a mixer beat eggs, add salt and sugar. Then cheese mash with a fork, if they are very soft. If you use a hard cheese, they must grate on a medium grater. Mix the beaten eggs and cheese, add the yogurt. All gently to mix. Add mustard, hot spices or pepper, if you like witty.
Sift flour with baking powder. Small portions add the flour to cheese-egg mass. Baking dish greased with vegetable oil or butter. Put the dough, flatten, sprinkle with a mixture of dried vegetables and seasonings as desired. Gently push the mixture into a dough. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
