INGREDIENTS



  • Mushrooms – 500 g

  • Onions – 2 pcs.

  • Celery root – the root of 1/3

  • Root parsley – 1/2 root

  • Potatoes – 4 pcs.

  • Sunflower oil – 3 tbsp. l.

  • Salt – to taste

  • Ground black pepper – to taste

  • Parsley


COOKING METHOD



Step 1


Mushrooms wash, dry and cut into small pieces.




Step 2


Onion peel and finely chop. Indigenous thoroughly wash, peel and grate. In a skillet heat the vegetable oil and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Add roots and cook another 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the mushrooms and fry for 7 minutes. Pour 2 cups hot water and simmer, covered over low heat for 5 minutes.




Step 3


Potatoes Wash, peel and cut into small cubes. Rinse with cold water. Put the potatoes in a saucepan with vegetables to the mushrooms and cook for 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.




Step 4


Parsley Rinse and finely chop. Pour into soup bowls and add the greens each.





Housekeeping tip


Optionally you can also add 1 tablespoon of sour cream.
