INGREDIENTS
- chocolate dark – 200 g
- Vegetable oil , refined – 2 tbsp. l.
- ripe but firm bananas – 4 pieces
- peeled hazelnuts – 1 cup
- Ice cream sticks – 8
COOKING METHOD
Step 1
Bananas peeled, cut crosswise in half and insert into each half stick for ice cream. Platter or tray lay a sheet of parchment, put the bananas and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Nuts chop with a knife in a fine crumb. Chocolate break into small pieces and melt in a water bath, add the vegetable oil, stir.
Step 3
Dip each banana in the chocolate, let the chocolate harden. Once again dip “popsicle” in chocolate, then roll in nuts. Put the bananas on the dish and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
