INGREDIENTS
- vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
- olive oil – 2 tbsp
- onions – 1 pc.
- red hot chili pepper – 1 pc.
- bean sprouts – 200g
- sesame seeds (seeds) – 1 tsp
- salad lettuce – 1 bunch
- juice and grated zest of 1 lime
- cilantro – 3-4 sprigs
- a piece of root ginger 3 cm
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- fillet of pork – 450g
- soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
COOKING METHOD
Step 1
