INGREDIENTS



  • vegetable oil – 1 tbsp

  • olive oil – 2 tbsp

  • onions – 1 pc.

  • red hot chili pepper – 1 pc.

  • bean sprouts – 200g

  • sesame seeds (seeds) – 1 tsp

  • salad lettuce – 1 bunch

  • juice and grated zest of 1 lime

  • cilantro – 3-4 sprigs

  • a piece of root ginger 3 cm

  • Garlic – 2 cloves

  • fillet of pork – 450g

  • soy sauce – 2 tablespoons

Hot pepper remove seeds, wash and chop. Wash meat, cut into thin long strips and fry in hot vegetable oil, 6-7 minutes.Add hot pepper and sesame seeds and cook 2 min., Cool.

Onions, garlic and ginger peel and chop. Lettuce and cilantro washed and cut. Connect in a large bowl, meat, onion, garlic, ginger, bean sprouts, lettuce and cilantro. Whisk olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice and zest. Pour over the salad and let stand for 20-30 minutes. Arrange for a bowl.
