Banana cake. Cooking at home delicious banana cake. Simple banana cake recipe.

Ingredients:

Flour – 2 cups

Sugar – 1.5 cups

Butter – 100g

Banana – 2 pieces

Egg – 2 pcs

Milk – 150 ml

Baking powder – 2 tsp

Vanilla Sugar – 1 tsp

Salt – a pinch

Powdered sugar – for sprinkling

Recipe for banana cake:

First, thoroughly mash the bananas. Then, the softened butter and sugar with a mixer stir. Add the banana pulp. Stir. Add the milk, a pinch of salt and the vanilla sugar. Thoroughly whisk. Add eggs and mix again with a mixer at low speed. Gradually pour the flour mixed with baking powder. Again mix. Form promazhte oil (you can put the parchment paper). Then fill the dough. Preheat oven to 190 degrees and return to the pie for about 40 minutes.
